Do you travel anywhere in Atlanta?
Yes! We will set up in any park or home in Atlanta. If you're outside of the perimeter (I-285) we charge a small travel fee depending on distance - inquire for more info.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 14 days prior for a full refund. Cancel with less than 14 days notice and we will apply your 50% deposit to reschedule for another date. If you cancel within 72 hours, payment is due in full and rescheduling will be on a case-by-case basis.
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
We’re limiting our services to one event per day, per theme, for proper cleaning. In addition, we sanitize all products before use and we set up all tableware (plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, table linens, food, etc) while wearing gloves. We kindly ask that you observe public safety guidelines during your event.
How do I book?
Please send us an inquiry via our contact page. From there, we will send you a unique proposal with pricing based on your celebration, number of guests, theme of choice + more. When ready to book we will send an invoice - 50% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 72 hours prior to the event.
What if it rains?
We have set up many beautiful Gather picnics indoors and are happy to transition inside! We also have a couple rain plan venues around Atlanta we can recommend.
Can we bring dogs?
As much as we love furry friends, we ask that you leave your dogs at home for your picnic in order to keep our items in the best condition as possible.
Can I bring my own food?
Of course!
Do you deliver the food with the picnic?
If you place an order for a Graze board or dessert with us, that will be invoiced with your picnic and will be set up when you arrive. There is no additional delivery fee.
Can we leave the picnic whenever we’re done?
All picnics have a 3 hour event time. If you want to leave earlier, please provide us a 30 minute heads up via call or text so we can arrive back to the picnic for breakdown. You are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive.
What parks do you like?
We have a list of several favorites, and have set up at parks all over Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs. Please note, we do have a $75 fee for Piedmont Park.
